How To Use WHOIS Lookup
ICANN, the organization overseeing generic top level domain names, mandates that the contact information associated with a registered domain name be included in a publicly accessible directory. Historically, this information has been primarily available through the WHOIS service and database required to be maintained and made available online by ICANN accredited registrars and registries. While we are no longer under any requirement to do so, we continue to make this WHOIS search tool available to you for informational purposes only.
Effective January 2025, the Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP) has replaced what is known as WHOIS as the required service to be provided by registrars and registries for accessing this registration data. RDAP covers only general top level domain names sponsored by ICANN. It does not affect country code top level domains (ccTLDs). Please read our RDAP Terms of Service for information on the RDAP Service.
The RDAP service is located at: https://rdap.101domain.com/domain/
To search for a domain name, add your domain name to the end of the URL path. For example: https://rdap.101domain.com/101domain.com
